SuiteOne34 is built on a simple but deeply held belief: small businesses need and deserve the same quality of financial insight as large companies.
After 30 years in accounting, our founder saw an opportunity to build something different - a firm where small business owners have a true partner in their corner. Someone who shows up consistently, tells the story behind the numbers, and helps them move forward with clarity and confidence.
Our clients are builders, operators, and entrepreneurs who are exceptional at what they do. We're here to make sure the financial side of their business is equally strong, helping them understand their numbers, make better decisions, and feel good about the future of their business.
We're a small, close-knit team that genuinely loves this work and the people we do it with. If that sounds like your kind of place, keep reading.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is a senior, client-facing position at the heart of our firm. You’ll work directly alongside our founder, serving as a trusted advisor to clients - translating financial complexity into clarity and confidence - while also mentoring and supporting our internal team.
The work blends high-level accounting with genuine relationship-building. You won’t just be producing financial statements; you’ll be the person clients call when they need to understand what the numbers mean for their business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
For clients
Clients don't just need accurate financials. They need someone who can help them make sense of what those financials mean. In this role, you'll bring that clarity to every conversation, turning numbers into insight and insight into confidence. You’ll do this
by:
Leading monthly and quarterly financial review meetings
Translating financial statements into clear, actionable insights, without the jargon
Building the kind of trusted, ongoing relationships that make clients feel genuinely supported
Supporting and guiding clients across a range of industries (construction, law, services, and more)
For the team
Good work doesn't happen in isolation. You'll help create the kind of environment where the team feels confident, supported, and clear on what good looks like, so clients feel that consistency in every interaction. You’ll do this by:
Serving as a resource and sounding board for staff - checking in regularly, troubleshooting issues, and keeping quality high
Helping maintain consistency, accountability, and a collaborative environment
For the work itself
Behind every great client relationship is work that's done right. You'll bring the rigor, consistency, and attention to detail that keep our clients' financials reliable, and our team operating at a high standard. You’ll do this by:
Overseeing full-cycle accounting through financial reporting
Applying GAAP principles and navigate differences between tax and book reporting
Managing workflows and deadlines independently across multiple clients
Continuously improving internal processes and documentation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You’re a skilled accounting professional who also understands the importance of how you show up. You can step outside the numbers and connect with the human behind the business, helping them understand where they are, why it matters, and what to do next.
SuiteOne34 meets clients where they are, which means working across a variety of accounting platforms and systems. You’re someone who picks up new software quickly, adapts without friction, and never lets an unfamiliar tool get in the way of serving a client well.
